Ask a friend to be your subject tutor

As a last resort, you might consider working with a friend to help you improve your grades for a, particularly tricky subject. Some extra tuition may be just what you need to improve your grades, as you’ll benefit from one-to-one tuition in an environment in which you might feel more able to ask questions without the fear of speaking up in front of your peers.
