Help with Math

Math often becomes more challenging in high school. Here are some tips to encourage you and help you maintain confidence:

  • Talk positively, even if you struggled with Math.
  • Do not give up or make excuses that indicate that you are giving up!
  • Practice works better than anything else. Identify your weaknesses and make a plan to work on them. Your confidence will increase as you see improvements.
  • Share your fears and goals with your parents. This will motivate them to give you the necessary support.
  • Reach out to your teachers. They can provide advice and support materials.
